Submittal of our Property Loss Notice form initiates contact with DE General and is typically completed and submitted by you or your insurance adjuster. After receipt of the Property Loss Notice, we can schedule Step 1: Initial Evaluation.
From that point, vital data will be obtained, diagnostics performed and a total damage appraisal and estimate will be completed for the insurance company.
DE General has developed and accurate cost estimating system utilizing Xactimate software and will determine a realistic schedule for completion to reduce the impact of your loss and make your property whole again.
